NSWTC: 40K RTT- 11th Edition (Saturday 18th July)

This is a 1 Day Warhammer 40k Tournament using the 11th edition Chapter Approved.

The event will include 3 timed rounds of games, recorded via “Best Coast Pairing” for Swiss pairings.

Players cost for the event is $40.00, which will go towards a prize pool and covering event expenses.

The games will be played under the 11th edition rules and all current Indexes are acceptable. 

Each player must field an army using a standard force organization chart and is not to exceed 2000pts. Games will be played on Strike Force size battlefield (Minimum 44” x 60”).

Please sign up to the Event on Best Coast Pairings (link above) and submit your list here via the app by 23:59PM Thursday 16th of July.

Rules cut off is Thursday 16th of July.

Opening Ceremony/Registration/Set Up – 8:45am to 9:00am
Round 1 Commences – 9:00am to 12pm
Lunch Break – 12pm to 1pm
Round 2 Commences- 1pm to 3:45pm
Round 3 Commences – 4pm to 6:45pm
Closing Ceremony – 6:45 onward
Venue Closes - 10pm

Event scoring will be based on Wins followed by total victory points.

Each game will go for a maximum of 5 turns. A time limit of 2 hours and 30 minutes has been allocated for each round plus additional 15mins for set of Terrain.

Players are encouraged to be decisive, efficient, and not waste time, as each round is timed and over time won’t be allowed to keep everyone on schedule.

All games are to use the 11th edition rule set.

If a ruling is required, a TO will be available to call on any decision. In this instance the TO will have the final say.

Also, if TO is called in, please have all rules in question be presented on the pages that are relevant.

Refund Policy:

Any cancellation withing 2 days of the event, ticket(s) won't be refunded. If you're unable to come, please email the TO asap so we can find substitute players.

Please keep in mind when purchasing a ticket that you're able to play ALL 3 games so we don't have byes after as it's not fair for other players who are hoping to play 3 games.
