At The Combat Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical and street fashion. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your drop-off receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
